Below are just some of the services we can offer you. 

• We can arrange for your telephone, electric and water bills to be paid on your behalf.
• If you have a garden or land, we can arrange for regular visits by us to keep your land in check, aswell as your swimming pool for an agreed price.
• Crime is practically unknown in Naxos, but one's security is always a worry. We can remove this worry, by making frequent checks on your property to ensure all is in order.
• Bad weather can also bring problems and again, we can regulary check on your property to ensure that no damages has been caused. If there is, we will immediately contact you and arrange for any repairs to be made.
• If you notify us advance of the date of your arrival, we can arrange for your home to be cleaned and general groceries to be purchased. 

If you want to rent out your home we give you the following services:

We can  advertise your home in different Internet sites, inform you about the renting possibilities we have and care about your house and the renters:

•   organize transfers for them
•   explain them how to use all the facilities in the house
•   clean and control the home before Arrival and after Departure
•   take care about all payments and pay you accordingly to our agreement
•   provide bedding and towels
